Shpenza Technologies, owner, creator and 100% responsible for SmartGrox ("SmartGrox," "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of its users and has developed this Support Policy.

This Mobile App Support Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which support is provided for SmartGrox, hereafter referred to as "the App.". This policy is designed to ensure a positive user experience and effective problem resolution for all users.

1. Supported Versions?

Support will be provided for the latest stable version of the App and the previous major release. Users are encouraged to keep their app updated to the latest version to ensure access to the latest features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

2. Supported Platforms?

Support will be provided for the App on the officially supported platforms of iOS and Android.

4. Response Time?

We are committed to providing timely responses to user inquiries. Response times may vary based on the nature and complexity of the issue. Our goal is to acknowledge and address support requests within 72 hours during regular business hours.

5. Types of Support?

Technical support: It includes assistance with app installation, troubleshooting technical issues, and guidance on using app features. It does not cover issues related to device compatibility beyond the officially supported platforms.

Bug Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any bugs or unexpected behavior through the designated channels. We appreciate detailed information, including steps to reproduce the issue, device information, and screenshots if applicable.

Feature Requests: We welcome user feedback and suggestions for new features. Feature requests will be considered for future updates, and users will be notified of any significant changes in subsequent releases.

6. Exclusions from Support?

Support will not be provided for the following: -Issues on unsupported platforms or outdated app versions. -Problems arising from jailbroken or rooted devices. -Third-party modifications or integrations not officially supported. -User errors or issues resulting from non-compliance with app guidelines.

7. End of Support?

Support for a specific app version will be discontinued in 6 months after the release of a new major version. Users will be encouraged to update their app to the latest version to receive continued support.

8. Changes to Support Policy

This support policy may be updated at the discretion of the app provider. Users will be notified of any changes through the app, website, or other official communication channels.
